The promotion is called the Darrell Lea Spin To Win Promotion 2026 (Promotion).
The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Entries into the Promotion open at 1 September 2026 and close at 11:59pm (AEDT) 20 October 2026 ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
A participating store is any store in Australia that is authorised to stock and sell Eligible Products (defined below), including their respective online stores, each a "Participating Store".
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any of the products listed below, each an Eligible Product ("Eligible Product") from a Participating Store during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Transaction"). In the event that a purchase receipt is not automatically provided to an entrant at the time of making their Qualifying Transaction, it is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that such material is provided or obtained to be eligible to enter this Promotion. Such materials will be void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.

To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, visit www.dleaspintowin.com.au and follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page, input the requested details (including but not limited to their first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, full address and state/territory of residence), upload a photo of their purchase receipt and submit the fully completed entry form.
Once the completed online entry form has been submitted, entrants will be asked to spin the virtual promotion wheel on-screen. Once completed, the entrant will receive an on-screen notification informing them if they have provisionally won an instant prize and, if so, details on how to verify their entry and claim their prize. All valid entries received from non-winners of an instant prize will automatically be placed in unclaimed prize draw for any unclaimed prizes.
Multiple entries by an individual are permitted subject to the following:
1. Only one (1) entry is permitted per Eligible Product purchased; and
2. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements in these Terms & Conditions.
For the avoidance of doubt, if multiple Eligible Products are purchased in a single Qualifying Transaction, the entrant will be awarded one (1) entry per Eligible Product, however a separate entry form must be completed and submitted for each Eligible Product purchased.
Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original, copied or photographed receipt for the Qualifying Transaction. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for any or all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of any or all of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Participating Store of purchase, the relevant Eligible Product/s purchased and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period and prior to entry.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. Incomplete, incorrect, illegible or indecipherable entries will, at the Promoter’s discretion, be deemed invalid. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision will be final.
There will be one (1) instant prize available to be won each day during the Promotional Period, for a total of fifty (50) instant prizes. Each instant prize consists of a $2,000 digital Visa card.
Winners’ details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online at www.dleaspintowin.com.au on 30th October 2026.
Only one (1) prize is permitted per person (excluding SA residents).
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a digital Visa card are not included. Any unused balance of a digital Visa card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a digital Visa card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the digital Visa card.
Winner/s are responsible for ensuring that all prize delivery details provided are correct. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with re-delivery of a prize, should the delivery details provided by a winner be incorrect.
Where discretion is afforded to the Promoter under these Terms or Conditions, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If for any reason a winner does not redeem a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
The prize/s must be claimed by 16th November 2026 for the original winners ("Instant Win Claim Deadline") and 14th December 2026 (for the winner/s of the Unclaimed Prize Draw, if any) ("Unclaimed Prize Deadline").
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to an equal or greater value andspecification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total prize pool value is AUD$100,000 ("Prize Pool").
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. A draw for any instant prizes that are won but remain unclaimed by the Instant Win Claim Deadline ("Unclaimed Prize Draw") may take place at Tactics Marketing Support - Unit 9 89 Darley Street Mona Vale NSW 2103 at 11:00am AEDT on 17th November 2026. Winners, if any, will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw and their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online at www.dleaspintowin.com.au on 24th November 2026. The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering or unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (and applicable State or Territory regulations):
1. to disqualify any entrant; or
2. subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
Where entry is allowed by purchase or subscription, the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Any instant prizes that are part of the advertised total Prize Pool and are won but remain unclaimed will be awarded in the Unclaimed Prize Draw. Unless:
1. the entry would be otherwise ineligible under these Terms and Conditions; or
2. the prize claim exceeds the advertised prize pool as a result of fraud,
all prize claims in excess of the advertised Prize Pool will be honoured.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties or statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including in the respective States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees").
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees and where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such liability, personal injury, death, expense, loss or damage, the Promoter, and its associated agencies and companies (including their respective officers, employees and agents), is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or death, or any expense, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
3. any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
4. any variation in prize to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
5. any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
6. use of a prize; or in any other way arising out of this Promotion.
Entrants' Personal Information will be collected by the Promoter in order to conduct the Promotion and the Promoter may, for this purpose, disclose such Personal Information to third parties, including but not limited to its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers, and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. Personal Information has the same meaning as at section 6 of the Privacy Act 1988. Entry is conditional on providing this Personal Information. The Promoter will handle Personal Information in accordance with its privacy policy which is located at dlea.com.au/privacy-policy ("Privacy Policy"). Entrants may opt in at the time of entry to permit the Promoter to use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically. Entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their Personal Information at any time by contacting the Promoter at sayhey@dlea.com.au. Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law to the relevant supervising authority. In Australia, this is the Office of the Information Commissioner (www.oaic.gov.au).
