FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When does the promotion start and end? The promotion runs from 1 September 2026 to 20 October 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT.
Who can enter the promotion? Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over (excluding employees and related parties involved in the promotion).
How do I enter? Buy any eligible Darrell Lea product from a participating store, visit the promotion website, upload your receipt and complete the entry form. Once submitted, you will spin the virtual wheel to see if you have won an instant prize.
Which products are eligible for entry? Selected Darrell Lea products including Allsorts Liquorice, BB’s, Rocklea Road, chocolate blocks, Bullets, Twists, gift boxes and value bags (see full product list in the promotion Terms & Conditions).
Can I enter more than once? Yes. One entry is permitted per eligible product purchased. Each entry must be submitted separately and meet all entry requirements.
Is it necessary to retain proof of purchase? Yes. Entrants must retain their purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to provide it when requested may result in invalidation of entries and forfeiture of any prize.
What prizes are available to win? There are 50 instant prizes available to be won. Each prize is a $2,000 digital Visa card. The total prize pool is AUD $100,000. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
How will winners be notified? Instant winners will be notified immediately on screen after submitting their entry and spinning the wheel and informed on how to claim their prize. All provisional winning entries will be subject to verification. Winner details will be published on the winners page. Winners of any unclaimed prize draws will be notified by email and phone.
